Help i was currently on level 1650 the app was deleted by my son, i downloaded the app again and clicked to carry on and it has sent me back to level 1😩 is there anythin u can do 😢

@aimee88 Firstly try logging in with your account and play and complete a level and see if this syncs to the server correctly.. If not please see post below for help on getting your levels restored

If you have saved your progress through facebook or king account then as my friend freddy told you above just login and play one level, it will help you to store your progress. But if you didnt save your progress through facebook or king account then please provide us your ID and we can request our CM to manually retrieve your progress.

@aijaziqbal Hi they have posted on soda page its an apple account, so have tagged soda CM to it as not sure on this process

for this and if its the same as they still have a game ID
