Regarding password recovery

Hello!

I'm writting here because I've having trouble remebering my password for another account, and the "Forgot it?" button just wouldn't work for my case because I don't even remember the password for the email address I entered when I registered here for the first time. I tried to access to my email account because I clicked that link for the first time, but in the moment I didn't even remember the password and I couldn't enter to check the restoration email you send. I don't know what I can do to recover my account; I've made a significative progress done and I don't want to lose it.

I will appreciate possitive feedback if given, and sorry for any incongruences due to english being my second languange.

@the_chaser Hi and welcome, if you create a new game account and post the game ID of it and the level you were on i will pass this on to the CM who maybe able to restore your levels manually

Hi @the_chaser and welcome to our Community!

If you no longer can access the email that you used on your King account, the easiest way to continue from the same level is to create a new King account in the game.

Then let me know the Game ID and the level you were on and I will manually restore the game for you on your new account.
