For five days ago all my boosters went missing but I still have all my lives and goldbars. I have tried to use “Contact us” but keep getting computer generated answers to join the community... can I somehow get my boosters back?
You are no longer connected to the profile in which the boosters are visible: you may share your device with someone else and be on their profile, or you can possibly have more than one account, or just got accidentally disconnected from your profile.
You have a new phone or accidentally deleted the booster data permanently

@annah_dolphin Hi and welcome. In the case of mobile devices the boosters and lives are stored on the device itself, so if the game crashes , you reinstall, change phone etc all boosters and lives are lost and are unrecoverable. That is unless you had any unused purchased boosters. You can then contact customer support from your game and they will help you with this. Alternatively you can use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this.
Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
Thanks for the ansetts. BUT that is just it, I have NOT changed phone and I AM still logged into my account that I always have had... so no, sadly these answers do not help.
Contact customer support again through the automated email you got and give a description of the problem and your game ID found at the top of your profile, just tap the word King twice and your game/user ID which is numbers will appear. It will take them at least 12 hours to reply maybe less.👍
