Hi everyone, I asked for help to finish level 7436. I wanted to buy 5 moves with 10 gold bars, so I would have been able to pass the level, but the request got stuck, it didn't let me go on, and at I finally had to quit the game and re-enter, but obviously I had to start level 7436 all over again. Why this? Thanks

The Extra Moves Wheel as all extra features or bonuses in the game may not always be available or can be found in the same version as previously.
Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible.

I'm sorry this happened to you.
You probably had a temporary problem in connection to the server. Usually that kind of error prevents from making in app purchases. Do you see some other messages of errors in your game? Or does the game work normally now? In that case, were you able to pass level 7436?

Hi Pitty_Kitty, no, there were no other errors in the server, because once I quit I restarted the level without problems, maybe, as you say, it was a temporary connection problem, even if everything seemed to be fine. however, level with difficulty exceeded !!! I'm happy all the same ☺️ Thanks

Hi @kiara_wael, the problem was not the free wheel, I tried twice to buy 5 extra moves with 10 gold bars but it crashed ... maybe temporary connection problem? bho .... however I reproduced level 7436 and after several attempts I managed to pass it ..... and I have not even spent my gold bars anymore. I'm happy. thank you so much

@LaPatty Hi and welcome, Nice to know you passed the level and you did not need to make a purchase.
This can happen and agree with @Pitty_Kitty normally due to a temporary connection problem. All you can really do is make sure you keep you game up to date and log out and restart your device frequently to mkae sure its running the latest version and hope this does not happen again.
Although if it does it may save you your gold bars again😁
