Chocolate Box Does Not Give Rewards.

Why Is It that when I Complete the Tasks In the Chocolate Box. I Rarely If Ever Get My Rewards? ... It Always comes up with Server Error. These Errors Only Seem to Happen When It's My Time 2 Collect a Prize. And Then When I Go Back 2 The Game And Then Return, The Supposed Prize Has Suddenly Gone AND Then I Have 2 Start Again.... The Game Is Hard Enough And So If You Are Going 2 Put Rewards There 4 Completion Of Tasks. Can U Please At Least Acknowledge Them Prizes. It Is SOOOO Frustrating And Feels Like A Waste Of Time Playing Or Even Trying...😣😥

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
The screen shots are from the ranking and all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

What device and platform do you play on? Do you get other server error messages in the game or in chocolate box only?
