Hi @popanda55 and welcome to the community :)
That is f5 feature custom teams, a feature that appears after passing level 110, if I recall correctly. You can join a team or create one so when you clear new levels you and your team members get points together and eventually win some boosters. Once you join a team of your choice you can't go back to random team option. If you want to leave a custom team you can do so by joining another.
