May I know what do you mean by "this is the only place I have problem"? Are you referring to the Candy Crush Game or this community?
You mentioned that you have rebooted few times and the program is workable but only few minutes and it goes back to the old problem.
If you're referring to CCS game, please check that the game is of the latest version 1.183.0.3. under Google Play if you're using Android device or iTunes if you're using Apple device. Exit game and then update accordingly if available and make sure your device has at least 2GB space to ensure smooth update.
After that, disconnect from your internet, wait for few minutes, connect back to internet and log in to game.
If you're having issue loading this page or in this Community, please check update on browser and update accordingly.
