As soon as you have a new device, everything is different. No boosters and lives are transferred. Gold bars only. Because where you have saved the boosters, they stay. You can read everything in the help center !!

@lolohilliard Hi and welcome. In the case of mobile devices they are stored on the device itself . So when you switch to a new phone all you keep is your level and gold bars. Your Boosters and lives are not transferred.
Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

Unfortunately the boosters and lives can not be transferred to new device as they are stored on the device and not in the game so that they can be used even if we play offline. Hence we lose them in case we change our device.

When we uninstall the game so all boosters stored loves will be disappeared From The Game because its saved on your own storage not anywhere. only gold bars and level progress saved here.
If you want to move your booster and message also so please Take A backup with third party application or cloud backup. and restore in another device.
