Lost all boosters!

Hallo fellow crushers,

yesterday i connected my account to facebook to start a team with some friend.

unfortunately after the connection i lost all my saved up boosters. I also lost my bought boosters for wich i used real money to buy. I want those boosters or my money back!

please help!

Sometime this happens. If you log out again and log back in then it might fix it. Also if you play on a mobile device you can also power off the device, wait a few minutes then power it back on. If you’re still have problems then contact customer support here...

You will need to give a detailed description and your game ID found in the top of your profile. You will get a automated message then you’ll have to respond to that also. 👍

Please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can resend the lost purchased Boosters to your game.

You make sure to ask Contact Us and send your Game ID to Community Team that they can help you but you should wait for longer.

⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️

1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device! 

2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved. 

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. 

By the way, these features are still helping you to earn boosters/gold bars back on this game! 😊
