@rjuhren60 If your think that you can collect task reward for the day but not allowing you. Check for a game update , log out and restart your device. if playing via an internet browser please also clear the cache / history. then log back in
See if this solves your issue. I play iOS and had no problems with collecting mine

@rjuhren60 Hi and welcome, Chocolate box allows you to collect one reward a day and then when you get to the last color task you cannot do it till the next day and collect the reward and then allows you to do 3 tasks leaving one again for the next day. This continues like this as long as your doing the chocolate box every day
So i did one level today and collected my reward, then i completed 3 colors of next box and i have to leave the next one till tomorrow, when i can repeat the process

When you're shown the Chocolate Box, you get to pick one of the tempting treats. Inside is a quest task, set as a challenge for you while you play. Collect candies, pass levels, use items - there's a whole selection for you to choose from.
However, to complete these quests you are given a specific target every day and once your daily target is completed you will have to wait for the next day to get the next target.
