My game won't sync.
On my phone I'm on level 7593, although if you look at the leaderboard on my phone it only shows me on level 7587, which is the level that it shows that I'm on on my laptop and also on my pc at work. I am actually playing level 7593. Both laptop and work pc will not allow me to go to those levels since it seems to think I am still on 7587. I've rebooted both computers and they are still the same.

@Pam-22 Hi and welcome, I play multi device and normally you just reboot the device thats behind and it syncs to the server correctly but when you do this leave device off for around 30 seconds. also sometimes i still have to play a level for it to sync to server correctly and then it puts me on the correct level. Its one of the things that happens when playing multi device

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaI reset my both my phone and work pc and it didn't work. I even played and beat a previous level, still nothing. I guess if I want to play on my computer or laptop, I will have to replay all the levels that I already played but then it probably won't sync again if I beat more on my phone! OMG! What really sucks is that the leve that its showing on my pc and laptop is a hard level that took me a while to beat and I really don't want to play it again!

Sweet Love Haha@Pam-22 It will sync eventually as stated i always have to restart my one device especially if i play on iphone and windows 10 app. i would maybe try and wait a few minutes before trying and only restart device thats behind. i would not play levels again as the levels are so close together i think this is just due to not syncing correctly to the server. I have this sometimes also dont try to go out of one game straight into the other game

I assume you are playing on all devices with the same account (king.com and/or FB). I don't play on a PC, just mobile devices and trying the advice above usually allows my devices to sync.
You might try switching the account you play via (for example - if playing via a king.com account, try logging in with Facebook or vice versa) and see if that helps.

Sweet Love HahaSo, I replayed the stuck level and beat it and then it showed that I beat that level and the very last level but skipped all the ones in between (even though I had previously beat them on my phone)! I took that to mean its time to got to bed. And lo and behold when I got up and the new levels were added, it was fixed and showed all the levels in between were done!!! YAY! Thank you!!!!😁😘

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaOMG! Apparently my issues are continuing. I finished 4 or 5 of the new levels at home on my laptop and when I got to work, my pc and my phone show me still on the first new level!! ARGGGG!

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaHi @Pam-22, I am curious what kind of job you have that you can spend time playing games while at work. My experience is that King games sync on all devices but you may need to close and reopen the game to trigger the sync. Be patient.

Really, I only play at work during breaks (ususally) and sometimes when I'm on the phone. I've never had issues with syncing before now but will keep my fingers crossed that it gets fixed soon.🤞

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaIs there any update on the game not syncing? I thought it was fixed the other day but its not. My phone was ahead of my laptop but showed a bunch of skipped levels that I already completed but I went ahead and replayed them to see if that would fix it but it didn't. Now my laptop is ahead of my phone but neither one shows the correct level since I beat a few more at work on a desktop. I'm tired of replaying the same levels over and over and it doesn't fix it. And I've already tried logging out of everything and resetting and doing all that and it doesn't help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
