Level 6052 why level failed while I can pass it

I noticed when playing this level several times that this message saying Level failed not enough order targets available while I can pass it easily in few steps using boosters or without boosters especially still have moves

This level has hard difficulty. For this level try to play from top where more candies are available to play. Make special candy and combine them with each other to break more blockers and jellies.
