Fantastic Five bonuses missing

Hi there,

I haven’t been rewarded the big bonuses when I’ve reached maximum points in fantastic five. This had happened the last two times.

fantastic five just starts again at zero and the boosters are not in my account.

is this a glitch? It’s very annoying.

@teetywoo Hi and welcome, the first thing to do is check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this improves your situation.

Without a screenshot hard to see if this is right but there is a graph glitch on fantastic 5 sometimes were your scores do not tally up. So you would need to check scores are correct for the given reward, If they are not the scores still get added in the back ground and rewards given if the team reach the score in the allotted time. A screenshot would be handy to say if this was the case.

If scores are correct, you would need to contact customer support from your game and they will help you with any missing bonuses or use the contact us at bottom of page but you need you game ID for this

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

There's a graphic glitch that we know of. This involves the feature showing you should get the last prizes but the total sum of points in the column is less than 7000 actually, so no final prizes are given until players collect real 7000 points within the allotted time. Despite the wrong graphic, the feature still registers points correctly in the background.

If this is about another glitch interely and check for updates/log out/restart device/login don't help, please share a screenshot with us.

Thanks, that’s helpful. I updated the app and logged in again. Fantastic five has now disappeared completely!

i took a screenshot before updating - it shows FF resetting to a new game. should I try contacting support about it?

Fantastic 5 features belong to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game.😌To add even more enjoyment and variety, our creative team also includes new features to the mix. These will come and go and will often have a limited run of availability. We recommend taking part in these whenever you get the opportunity because they’ll eventually disappear to be replaced with something new.
