Is there anyway to get 3 stars on Level 458? I have been trying for a while now, but when I looked at the standings for the level I am 2nd and I haven't even gotten 2 stars and there is only one above me who has reached the 3 star level. Seems to be a bit harder than it actually needs to be.

Level 458 is a somewhat hard level, but you should get 3 stars in a few attempts. There are just four colors, making it easy to create special candies (though the mystery candies give you some, too). However, they are hard to activate due to the board's awkward shape and the requirement for 3 stars is very high: 420,000 points. The jellies are worth 106,000 points. Hence, an additional 314,000 points for 3 stars have to be earned through matching of candies. Create as many color bombs as possible. It is even more important to create color bomb + wrapped candy combinations. Aim to clear as many jellies as possible using the least number of moves. This can be achieved by creating huge point cascades.

Absolutely agreed with you that it is very very tough to get 3 stars currently on this level. If you see even i have mostly 3 stars all my episode and levels around it but despite several attempts i am not even getting 2 stars. So in my opinion highly tough to get 3 stars on this level. By the way i like to go back on previous levels and improve my scores in free time😀. Check this screenshot.

Level 458 reduced moves from 30 to 26 moves , before that I got 3 stars , but when I play again just get 1 stars. the distance between the first and second stars is very far.
But keep trying , hope get a lucky board get 3 stars.

@wallman2001 Hi and welcome, Although it is nice to get 3 stars on these levels, it will get to a point where it is no longer possible and you may want to conserve your boosters and gold bars for further on in the game. I managed to get 3 wstars on all levels up to level 1000 and then found to many i could not get close too. Wish i has not wasted boosters attempting this
