all the lives I had disappeared why?

Hello @xristosasp and hope you're doing well.
Understood that you have lost the lives in your mailbox. If you have recently reinstalled the app, this might have caused all the lives to be lost as it is stored in your device. It may also due to app not properly loaded. Therefore, please ensure your internet connection is stable. Do exit game, disconnect your device from the internet, wait for a while and reconnect your device to internet and check whether the lives appear again in your message box.
However, don't be despair, please re-send the request of lives to your friends and I'm sure they will respond.
You may also try my personal method if you are also playing via FB on your PC. I will log in to my FB using Chrome and once I've finished all the lives, I will log out and open another browser, Microsoft Edge and log in my FB to play, which I get 5 full lives. Do this in a different web browser if you have more than 2. Then rotate.

Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent in Facebook. They're held in your profile and delivered into the game once per notification.
This means that if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.
Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.
