Can I start at level 1010 since my phone quit and I had to restore and lost all info on it?

@cynthiabright Hi and welcome, if you did a restore you should only need to sign into your account on the game and it should sync to your current level sometimes you may need to play and complete a level for it to sync to server correctly. Any stored boosters or lives are lost and not recoverable as they are stored on the device itself and reset would wipe this data. Unless you had any unused bought boosters then please contact customer support from your game and they should help you with this. You will need to do this for level restored if the above does not sync your level correctly

Please note that if you had saved your progress through facebook or King account then it is very easy just login through your account on any device and play a level and it will recover your progress. But if you didn't save your progress through either way then i am sorry but your progress is lost. And only player support or Community Manager can manually recover it.
So in this case you please contact player support as advised by kiara and provide them your game ID. OR provide us here your ID and we will try on monday to see if CM can manually restore your progress. To know your game ID.
