Claim free hour of powers

Hi,

Why is that I'm unable to claim free hour of power after I have full lives. I did not claim the free power immediately it was given to me. But waited after I got full lives, somehow I didn't receive any free hour of power after I tapped on the claim button.

Hi and welcome to the community.

The free hour starts immediately after it is awarded to you. I am sorry but if you didnt claim it will expire after its duration. However if it didnt appear at all you need to contact directly to player support from your game application and they have your game data. Hopefully they will take action in your favour.

I'm not sure I understand "free hour of power", is it a unlimited timed booster or a 5 lives reload? Where did you received this reward, in what feature?

If it's a 5 lives reload you can only add more lives in the situation you're missing some; if your lives are already full your reward doesn't get added

Your have to claim free hours Instantly. when its not claimed it will be expired.

for missing Rewards you can contact support area from your game directly.

@crystal88 Hi and welcome, I am not to sure what hour of power is , if you could tell us what feature this is from we could help you better. Most rewards are given instantaneously so as soon as it appears you have to claim for it to be valid, but in some instances like dexters challenge rewards they can be claimed within 24 hours as long as you do not click the claim button. Hence if we knew the challenge it could be explained better.

Check you game is upto date and log out and restart your device , then log back in see if this causes your unclaimed feature to kick in. If not you will have to use information above and contact customer service from your game for any missing reward

Unfortunately that is how the game works. Rewards must be claimed immediately when offered.

Hi @crystal88 and lovely day to you.

May I know whether you are playing Candy Crush Saga or other King's game? As far as I know you have a team called Fantastic Five in Candy Crush Saga, that don't gives unlimited lives. It only gives you 1 hour of color bomb with a hand switch after you completed the 2 milestones out of the 7,000 points and 1 hour each of color bomb and striped+wrapped candies and 1 UFO after you team reaches the 7,000 points within the stipulated time.

I'm not sure about "Our Team" feature. Do let us have more details or screenshot your event by copy and paste the image you captured using your mobile phone or print screen using PC.

Usually this happens to me also, mostly the timed boosters come when i need it the least. But thats how it works. So now when i know that i am very near to 7000. I dont open the f5 feature and when my lives are full, i have free time, then try to claim the reward. But this sometimes click and sometimes not as we dont know about other players score.

However there is nothing can be done. You have to accept it and move on.

@crystal88 Hi again The fantastic 5 feature gives the rewards instantly when you get to all the goals normally when you get close to the last goal 7000 points its best to stop playing and exit game till you know your lives are restored. then go back to the game and hopefully your team has got the reward and you claim with full lives. If not you hopefully only use 1 or 2 to get the full use of the reward Plus you will get an extra replenished life half way through the hour of boosters.
