How do you remove yourself from a 5f team and be back on the auto assignment with other players

I went to an a team but there aren't enough members.I want to go back to where you are just placed on a team. I can't see how to do that. Can someone help me.

Very sorry about your few members issue. I am also suffering from this. As we are only 2 active members. But here is a bad news that if you have custom Fantastic five there is no way you can go back to your old f5 random groups. All you can do is click the join button and then see the available list of f5 groups. Join them and see if they are more active. May be you get lucky and get a decent group.
