Well one game can not be attached to the two game accounts. Because every game has its unique ID. Since you have tried to save your game to a new facebook account but it was saved to your previous account. I dont think it can be transferred to the new account. The only way your progress can be stored to the new facebook account is by manual progress either by player support or by our community manager.
My suggestion to you is that you have to contact player support directly from your game settings and explain them that you have to save your progress to new facebook login. Then they can tell you the procedure. Unfortunately our CM is on leave till 15 and we can not help untill then. So contact player support from your game.
I hope they will take an action in your favour.

you have connected With your previous account there you have made this progress. i will be show In that account only not in new or any other account. that's why when you starting with new account its restarting from level 1
want to restore your progress please read this 👇
Please contact In support Area From Your Game Directly.
If its Not Working Then please Provide Your game ID CM will Restore your progress manually. It may Be Some Time Difference.

Hello @jhanicekayte and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry you are having this problem and realize how frustrating it is to not be on the correct level. Everyone has given you excellent advice and as stated above only a CM or Customer Support can restore your lost levels. Since it is the weekend, you probably won't get any response until Monday at the earliest.
You have posted about this same problem in another post " fb disabled" -since this is a duplicate post about the same issue I have closed the other thread and any further discussions should only be in this thread.
Just a suggestion for the future - if you also play via a King.com account and link it to your FB account - https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/discussion/244238/can-i-sync-my-progress-between-facebook-and-king-com#latest - then if something happens again to your FB account, you should be able to continue playing via your King.com account on your current level.
