Genie Lamp in the way of next level

Hi,

I haven't been able to get past level 4642 on my pc for more than a day because the genie lamp is over level 4643 and won't allow me to click on it.

What is with the lamp? and how can I open it? It says pass 5 levels to open. What??? 5 OLD levels???? Because I can not move adhead to any new ones at all! This is not a crashing or loading or freezing issue as king responders keep directing us to, in order to solve it. So dumb! Can King do anything we like anymore??? The changes that are being taken away, or added are frustrating, absolutely fun-sucking, and just plain absurd!!!

Well, have you tried passing an old level and see if that gives you the 5 wins? You didn't mention. That's what I'd do unless you already have. I haven't received this feature yet. I hope to see it soon.

This is an event where you can go to the next tier after passing 5 new levels and you will get some rewards at the end of each tier.

The genie lamp is sitting on top of my level too. Level 5455 and I can't click on it it won't let me play and I've done every other previous level. I've got three check marks I need two more before I get the prize but I can't go anywhere without a key on that lamp
