candy crush keeps taken me back!!!!!

yesterday i bought coins to beat 6214, and use some of my boosters. i played 6215. went back later and i was back at 6214!!! so today i use a few of my booster to AGAIN win 6214, play 6215, went back and AGAIN its got meat 6214!!! twice i have won 6214 even played 6215 but taken back!!! i have spent money and used boosters please fix!!!!

@Stormrider1 Hi and welcome, Sorry to here this has happened to you. When you complete a level make sure it goes through all the process of showing the score and stars before you exit the game. As if you are to quick moving on or you leave level without going Through the ending process there are times it does not register to the server correctly. You need to make sure that the level ending process is complete.

Also please check game is up to date and log out and restart your device. Then log back in to make sure your app is running as up to date as possible

as i said, i won, i played the next game several times, when i come back, I'm am put back to the last game!!! so it has showed the stars and the score if i am able to play the next game several times! everything is up to date. this has happened before and i just re-won the game but this time It keeps doing it on the same game and my money has been taken

@Stormrider1 Hi, for any purchase problems you will need to contact customer support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page, you will need your game ID for this. As the community does not deal with purchases as it contains your personnel information. They should help you with this .

I hope you contacted the player support as per above instructions for your issues. But can you kindly explain which device you are using. Have you done all the basic troubleshooting steps by Log out, update your game application, in case you are playing through web browser please clear cache/ history or use another browser. Restart your device and login again.
