Important Question: if user gets banned, when can he/she be unbanned?

That depends.
If a user keeps breaking the rules in the Community, they first get several warnings.
If these then lead that they get banned or blocked form the site it will be a 7 day ban only first.
If the user then continues this unacceptable behaviour, they will then get a 14 day ban.
After the 14 day ban, if the user still do not follow the rules and guidelines in the Community they will get a permanent ban and this cannot be removed or cancelled.

What if user's underaged? Does he/she get banned without warning until he/she becomes 13?

Usually children have no business here. Because the games are only from the age of 18. Question. Are you a child?

@WonderlandCentury789 Yes, minors will be banned until they are old enough to be allowed play our games and use the Community site.
