Got over charged this is 3rd time they tell me contact bank did that and app is still doing I purchase 10 Gold bars for .99 cent it’s weekly deal and was charged 9.97 immediately this happened on 9/17 at 1:36 pm eastern I’m so over this y’all received 37.97 extra dollars from me on the 1st of September now this again yes I made the purchase not for that much so please
@BrezBre85 Hi and welcome, I am sorry to here this has happened to you but the community does not deal with purchases as it contains your personnel information
Please contact customer support from your game settings or alternatively use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this
then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Have you checked on your Apple-ID if several purchases have been merged and charged at the same time?
When you login to your Apple-ID you can see all your receipts and on each receipt you'll find all the purchases in all your games and apps that are charged at the same time. The total amount of the charge is also shown on each receipt.
If amount on the receipt (not every single purchase) doesn't match what's been charged on your card, please report the issue to Apple Support directly.
