Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Have you lost all your Boosters? They don't appear nor on the level or in your inventory tab? Or aren't you just not able to use them?

I was not able to use them for some levels.

Some boosters are not available on certain levels. Which boosters are you trying to use and on which level?

@Katerinagnosis Hi and welcome, when you start a level it will give you a list of what boosters you can use to start a level and only the ones available for this level. Certain boosters are only available on certain levels and a few levels you cannot use any boosters at all at the beginning. During the game the boosters available should be displayed on the level screen. normally always the hand switch, lollipop, stripped candy, party booster.
