Event reward not showing up (50 gold)

Hi, Last week every time I opened the game it would show me a message saying that if I completed 80 levels by Sunday I would receive 50 gold. I completed 84 levels or so (can’t remember, but definitely over 80) but still no sign of the golden bars. When can I expect to receive 50 gold? Has anyone else had the same problem?

Wow , I never get that.
The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
If you miss a reward from any other feature, Please report this to our Player Support Team here and put your game ID .
How to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here and on Facebook like this.

You need to contact customer support about your missing rewards. You can do this from the setting button in your game, which is best, or use the contact us form at the bottom of this page. Make sure to include your game ID.
