Think the app you have is called "Sweet Cinema", get "Free Moves" from watching ads, I believe. I don't have it, nor seen it yet.

Give them the above info, along with the name of the game, "Device" you play on. Might want to screenshot the issue for them.

@Ebender08 Hi and welcome, Hopefully @kiara_wael tips may get you back on track but please also check your device is up to date and also if playing via an internet browser clear the cache / history and see if this resolves your problem

Hi @Origins7_Dale , there are different and separate features that involve ads; sweet cinema and free/extra moves are not linked together as far as I know. It could be anything 😃.
Hi @Ebender08 , may I ask what device you play on? Usually ads features are available on mobiles. If you play on android app you could try clearing cache (open your device settings -> apps -> open CCS -> storage-> clear cache. Please DO NOT clear data, those are for your locally saved boosters).
please check for game update, force close app, restart device and wait a couple of minutes, open game and clear a level to make sure your app is connected to the server.
Also it might be worth considering checking whether your device software is up to date too and has at least 2 GB of free storage.

If this standard troubleshooting doesn't help then this ads problem should be investigated by Player Support: please contact support directly from your game as Dale suggested above

Ad feature is still a test feature. And King studios are still monitoring its progress. It may be a technical error which might be fixed by player support.
