Please log out, update your game application and restart your deive and login again. If you still dont get your missing booster you have to contact player support directly from the settings of your game apllication or use below link to contact them.
You need your id for that.

Daily Booster is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

Don't worry! You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Prize not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
