If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

@Peg8932 Hi and welcome, Please check both your device and game are up to date and on the latest versions and also that you have a minimum of 2gb of memory on your device. Restart you device then seeif this resolves your issue or if same problem occurs.

Please clear the cache and cookies on your browser to make sure the fix reaches your game.

Have you tried Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge instead and Mozilla Firefox

Make also sure that the browser is up to date and please note that Windows 7 is no longer support by Microsoft.

We don't support Facebook Gameroom so I am not able to help you out on that one. You will need to contact Facebook directly.

You can also download the game from Microsoft Store and play via the Windows app if you have a Windows 10 PC. Download the app from here and when opening the game connect it to Facebook to sync your levels.
