Firstly! Thank you - i love the game
i have recently discovered that i can play a game on both my laptop and phone.
The game wont connect to the server now on my phone - is it because i'm playing on 2 devices? I tried signing out but there isn't an aption.
Perhaps the servers are down?

@MONALITSA Hi and welcome, you can play on as many devices as you like i currently have 3 and this will not cause your problem.
Firstly try checking your game is up to date and then log out and restart your device . then log back in or see if you have the same issue. Also can you screenshot or explain any error messages you are receivng as this will help to advise you better
To sign out click on cog wheel and my profile and you should see log out

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! đ)Â

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
