@claudia2222 Hi and welcome, If you have done the steps above and still having problems, please try disconnecting from Facebook and then logout the game and then restart you device then log back into Facebook and then the game and see if the issue is resolved. You could also try deleting the Facebook app and reinstalling and logging back in to see if tis rectifies the issue

After updating the game app sometimes the connection to the server may be disconnected and in that case the problem can be solved by following the steps below.
Clear Cache( for an Android) > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
