What is with the lamp? and how can I open it? It says pass 5 levels to open. What??? 5 OLD levels???? Because I can not move adhead to any new ones at all! This is not a crashing or loading or freezing issue as king responders keep directing us to, in order to solve it. So dumb! Can King do anything we like anymore??? The changes that are being taken away, or added are frustrating, absolutely fun-sucking, and just plain absurd!!!

@B-2 Hi and welcome, everybody that has come across this issue, logging out and restarting thered device and logging back in has sorted there problem. So would try this.

Also check for a game update

I think you have already reachec the 5 level (new levels ) marked. Please click on your events tab and collect your reward and it will move on.

If not please check above advise.😀

It's a new feature that is currently being tested so all players do not yet have it.

When you get it, it will appear under the events tab among all other bonuses and live events.

Please exit game, disconnect your device from internet, wait for few seconds and reconnect back your device with internet. Try to click on the level button again to see whether you can access.
