missing inventory items

Level 3

i only play on my windows laptop running W10

I wanted to collect an inventory to try to pass level 2790.

I did not reload the candy crush saga

I used my 5 lives and then went to do other things. when I came back I had 3 lives to use but noticed that the 2 inventory items I had are now missing.

What is happening?

I run as a tab in google chrome.

Do not know how to find out the version of saga that I am running.

    @eric_stewart1 Hi and welcome, any device updates will be in the Microsoft store and should also tell you version you are running . Would just check your game is up to date and there are none available and then log out and restart your device. log back in and see if this solves the issue

    If any of your missing inventory was purchased please contact customer support from you game and they should help you with this

    Understood that you have 2 missing boosters in your inventory in Win10 app.

    If you are logged in to the game via FB, you may open your window browser and log in to your FB account. Click on the game and check whether the booster is there.

    ⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️

    1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game! 

    2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved. 

    It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. 

    We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊

    By the way, these events/features are still helping you to earn boosters/gold bars on this game and you have still your saved boosters with old device if you haven't uninstall your old device yet. 😊

    i only use FB to read items I do not play any games via FB.

    I have never downloaded SAGA from the microsoft store

    Also where is MicroSoft Store?

    I also do not know how to tell what version I am running now.

    I only hit the chrone reload circle to get the latest version as far as I know.
