Why now we cannot get free gifts when we passed each level like before? I am level 7860 now and it’s hard to proceed to the next level without gifts.

I always play the past level to get free bonus. Every time I complete each level I will get a gift, play again another gift until I’ve collected all - any 5 level if not mistaken (Will get 2 color bomb and 1 stripped and wrapped booster) then I will play the current level. It will make things easy for me to complete the current level. It’s just now, no more.
