Missing boosters

I clicked on the booster wheel today (around 12:30 pm central time) and won the jackpot booster (the one with three stars). I did not receive the boosters that are won with the jackpot. The same thing happened a few days ago when I won the jackpot on the booster wheel. I had won the contest that ended this morning for the largest number of color bombs earned and think I did receive the booster earned from that. I took a picture of the number of booster that I had available and saw that I only had one spaceship instead of the three that I should have. If needed, I can send a copy of the photo to you. Please credit me with the two jackpot win boosters that I did not receive.

    Welcome to the King Community !

    Yes, that happened to me the first time too. The internet connection or the connection to King was probably not stable.

    At that time I wrote directly to King Support and received the boosters afterwards.

    Hi dear welcome to the community.

    Please remove your email id from the post you can click on the cog wheel at the top right corner of your message and edit your message as this is a public forum and you surely dont want unwanted messages.

    Secondly yes i agree that the only way to get your missing reward is by player support but better if you can directly contact player support from the settings of your game application. It will give access to them for the required data in your game application.

    @Kathy_Johnson-2 Hi and welcome, sorry to here this has happened to you . For any missing rewards pleas contact customer support from you game settings, just go to settings , help center and send them an email and they should help you with your issue

    Don't worry! You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Missing items" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
