Candy Crush Saga not loading on Facebook

I cannot open Candy Crush Saga through Facebook. I open the app and it just stays orange, it will not load. I tried restarting my computer several times, but still no change. Can you help?

@kingkelly0810 Hi and welcome, firstly try clearing your browser cache and then restarting your device and see if this solves your problem. if not try a different browser to see if you still have the same problem and let us know

Yes few other players also have reported the same. I think its a temporary glitch as it is working fine now so just restart your device and try again. You may also try on another browser.

There was a short outage on Facebook last night that may have caused that the game didn't load. This should be fixed now, but if you still have issues loading the game, please check the page HERE for help.

For months now I have not been able to play CC Saga in Facebook on my Win 10 desktop. I am able to play fine on my phone. In facebook, it starts to load but then crashes with a sad-face icon. I have tried using Edge and Chrome browsers with the same results. I have cleared all of my cache on both browsers with the same results. Is there some other Facebook-specific cache that I need to clear? Other recommendations? See screen shot after crash below

This may be due to an internet drop so you can refresh the page again and if the problem is the same follow the troubleshooting steps according to the link below.
Plus, since you're using a Windows 10 device, you can use the Microsoft app.
