Game hasn't been loading since yesterday. Is everyone having this problem?

Any suggestions how to fix it?

@doriana123 Hi and welcome, There was a short outage on Facebook last night that may have caused that the game to notload. This should be fixed now, but if you still have issues loading the game, please check the page below

Please note that Microsoft do no longer support Windows 7, therefore it's best to upgrade to Windows 10 to make sure all works well on the PC.

If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer and play via the Windows app instead. You can sync your progress to the app just by connecting the app to Facebook and you can download it from Microsoft Store here:

Yes the issue was reported and our CM informed us that it has been fixed but still some players are reporting it. So try to use another browser. I hear that it is working on microsoft Edge.
