Are you playing through browser on facebook. If that so there is an error reported. Our studios have fixed the issue but still some players are reporting it.

Kindly clear cache/ history of your browser or try another browser like microsoft edge and see if it solves your case.

There was a short outage on Facebook last night that may have caused that the game to not load. This should be fixed now, but if you still have issues loading the game, please check the page below

Please note that Microsoft do no longer support Windows 7, therefore it's best to upgrade to Windows 10 to make sure all works well on the PC.

If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer and play via the Windows app instead. You can sync your progress to the app just by connecting the app to Facebook and you can download it from Microsoft Store here:
