So as most of you know Dexter's Event has been ended for some and over already. I got this problem with the Dexter's event twice already but I thought it was just a small error of the game. I had also private messaged 2 Community Manager's like 2-3 weeks ago, but got no reply maybe they are busy. So I decided to make this discussion and today when I opened Candy crush saga after playing a level I got the Dexter's event message saying "You're on Popsicle planet" now I'm was thinking is it a bug or what?
Here are the Screenshots of my finished Dexter's events:
This is today... I didn't even get the new features or the old features working of the game yet but I'm keep getting the Dexter's event on and on.
Any suggestions would be great ๐
By the way I had Unistalled the game every time I finished the Dexter's event but still when I downloaded it back I got this bug on the Dexter's event. Please look forward and waiting for a answer.

Hello @Alex18 - Iโm not quite sure what the bug is you are having with Dexter. He usually shows up on a Thursday and his event ends early Monday morning. Then I usually see him in the events Mon/Tue /Wed just showing me who won (even if it wasnโt me. Then on Thursday heโs back again waiting for me to play a few levels and get some color bombs.
Every once in awhile he will disappear for a week or two but he usually reappears after awhile. Anyway - I donโt mean to be dense, but what is the problem with Dexter?

It makes more sense now thanks for letting me know. I just thought it was going to end at the last planet and the event would end, my bad I didn't know it would continue thanks a lot both of you.

How about you can see answers and solutions by Community Team :
Sometimes itโs also possible that you are unable to play these because you donโt have the latest version of the app or a stable Internet connection, or simply youโre not connected to the Kingdom or Facebook. You can also try opening the game, logging out of the Kingdom or Facebook, closing the game, then finally re-opening and connecting again. Some of these tricks may work for you.

@Alex18 Hi and welcome, It looks like your playing on an android phone, so please log out and clear the game cache (NOT DATA) cache and restart your device, leave it off for about 30 secs and then turn on and log back in and see if this solves your issue

@Freddy_Falkner I did that and I have Unistalled the game twice already and have logged in twice as well but this same problem is still there. Thanks for the suggestion anyways. ๐

The truth is that the same thing happens to me, but I didn't think it was a technical error I don't know if it is I took it for granted that other players beat me and I lost everything. The truth is that I don't know how many events work
