Which app store are you trying to load or are you referring to the Candy Crush store? In either case please do the standard trouble shooting by logging out, updating your game, restarting you device and logging back in. See if this helps.

Try standard troubleshooting if the game store. Check game is up to date , if playing via an internet browser clear thre browser cache, log out and restart your device and log back in and see if this solves your issue.

However, if you have a problem with the connection to the App Store, First, try logging out and then log back into the App Store on your iPhone - that should fix it: Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store. Tap on Apple ID at the top of the screen, then hit Sign Out. Log in again using your Apple ID and password.
