Try signing out of your game and restart your device, then log back in and play a level and see if this syncs you progress correctly.
If not please see post below on getting your levels restored

Dont worry just log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. After that please try to play and complete one level and see if it restores your progress. Or follow the above link mentioned by kiara and freddy.

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
