Receiving and sending lives via Facebook - not working!?

The last update was in October as far I can see .. any further news regarding the issue about receiving and sending lives?

how we suppose to play without receiving lives from friends? with just a life every half an hour?

I would suggest until you fix the issue to give us lives every 15 minutes instead or give us boosters or something to help us play.

Hi, cannot send or receive lives since a few days, what can you do?

So now I'm getting lives and I don't even know I have them. Previously I believe the envelope had a number on it, so if there wasn't one I assume no one has sent me a life or was requesting one.

Depending on which device I play on I'm also starting to find lives when I click on my profile picture and this is where I can send them to friends as well.

Is there a way to send and receive lives from the envelope instead of using the profile picture. I would also like it if the number was put back on the envelope so you know that you have requests for lives or have received them from friends without having to look in multiple places.
