Some players are having problems with lives exchange due to some errors in Facebook, but the problem is temporary.You can wait for the next few hours to see if the problem is solved.
The problem has been reported toΒ Facebook support from King and I hope the issue will be resolved quickly.

Please check to see if your game is up to date. Clear your cookies and cache also. If youβre not logged into the community through your game you can do that and receive lives from players in the community. If your logged in through Facebook then make sure your Facebook is up to date.

As explained by Mr. Sukanta on your 2nd post that there is an issue with facebook at the moment and hopefully will be fixed soon.

Hi could you please help. I cant receive or send lives when playing candy crush through Facebook. I have looked at settings on Facebook and I'm sure its the updated version. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
