I tried buying gold bars with my master debit card. It keeps saying wrong card number.. Its been going on like this for a long period. Pls I need it sorted out cos am stucked and I need gold bars

@mhizburnhy3 Hi and welcome, King only accepts third party payments so you will need to speak to whoever you are using to try to make payments with.

What device are you playing on? Please contact the company that handles all in-app purchases on your device to get help.

If you are playing on an iPhone and used your Apple-ID for all purchases, then contact Apple Support for help.

On Android devices you use your Google Play account to make a purchase and need to contact Google Play Support.

On Facebook, it's Facebook who handles the transactions and payment methods.
