I need one more level to complete the Magic Season, but the lamp will not let me advance to the next level (2141).

You may try to log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if this helps you. Otherwise please as mentioned above show us the screenshot.

@MiladyR Hi and welcome, have seen this in the past and the standard troubleshooting tips normally rectify this. Please check your game is up to date. If playing via an internet browser clear the browser cache and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
