Genie lamp

There is a genie lamp stopping me from getting onto my next level 4962, how can I get past this. Thank you

@Bevpaul Hi and welcome, Please try checking for a game update and also if playing via an internet browser clear your browser cache. then log out and restart your device and log back in and see if this solves your issue

There is also a post from our CM trying to play in landscape mode to see if it moves the lamp out the way.

Please let us know if neither are these work so we can pass this on, The isue is being investigated at present

Besides the above tips by freddy. Please also click on your events tab and see in the magic season event if there is any option of free lamp or buying one is on click it and it will move. Or if you have already cleared 5 levels. Please claim your reward and move forward.
