retrieve progess from google

hello,

i stopped playing candycrush a long time back. i have changed phone since then and installed the app reeently on my new phone. i assumed my progress would be retrieved from google games but it hasnt. how can i recover my previous progess from my google play account ?

@maedre Hi and welcome, I am not 100% sure on this but do not think you can save your account with google play. Think your account would have had to have been a king or facebook account. Only other option i know of is singing in with apple ID

If you create a New king or Facebook account your can get your level manually restored if you cannot remember you log in details

You can save the game in our system in three ways, by connecting and saving it to a King account, on your Facebook or on your Apple-ID on an Apple device.

If you backed up the game on an SD-card, a cloud or any other system or back up service, like Google in this case. You will need to contact Google to get help on retrieving the game from their backup system.

If the game wasn't saved by Google, nor on any King or Facebook account, please check the link above that @Freddy_Falkner posted to get the levels manually restired.
