My videos worked a couple of times this morning and then stopped again along with the level booster. What else can i do to sort this?

Having done all that is suggested including reinstalling the games, this is still happening. I am playing Candy crush Soda and Candy crush saga and am unable to play the videos

As soon as I get a free wheel or watch a video I take the option then the game closes.. I have done absolutely everything suggested. Uninstalled. Clear cache. Updated etc etc it's so frustrating and annoying only just started happening in last few days..can anyone help

@lisabh Hi and welcome, You have done everything possible you can do , The issue is being looked into but most people reporting its a temporary problem and is normally rectifying itself. All you can do is make sure you keep your app updated and hopefully the issue will be resolved shortly

Make also sure that the app is updated and also your Android system is updated to latest available version, but at least Android 5 is required.
Check also that you have at least 2 GB of free memory on the device.

I have done everything suggested have plenty of memory cleared cache etc etc still happening nothing seems to work.soo fed up it's not enjoyable to play anymore! Can king sort this out asap

I've sent a message to King and then replied to their 'bot' response saying this has to be a software problem and they need their techies on it. Perhaps someone could actually play the game on their own android and see if it replicates. That we've all tried everything and we know it's not 'us'. It's something in their programming that's clashing with android programming. Noone on an iphone or ipad seems to be reporting a problem.

Everyone i know who plays candy crush is having the same problems, definitely your side that needs to fix the glitch. Too many pointless side games cluttering the main candy crush game up, just go back to basics. We just want to play candy crush not halloween or snow games.
