why is level 8106 rigged ?? in 15 moves not even a licorice fell!

stuck on 8106.....i can play all my moves and the black licorice on the right side never gives me more than the original 4 despite using moves and all my boosters on that side....help! Janet

Same here, and I looked for it on YouTube, and they al start with 30 or wvwn 40 moves, I only have 22
