Level 3
I keep a paper level passed log. I was playing 2954 and was told there was a new version available so i reloaded the page.
When the new page came up it was telling me to redo level 2952. Totally pissed me off. you can spend days playing a hard level with no boosters and then have to do them again.
Why does it go backwards when it should only go back at most 12 level.
What can CANDY SAGA to to prevent this. you would think it would sync after levels are finished. Maybe there should be a resync button so users can make sure that the main computer that stores information is up to date with what the player sees.

Very sorry about that. But it doesnt happen normally If your progress is saved through facebook or king account so once you reload the game on any device or any time your progress must be restored through same point. If it is only gone behind 2 levels it means when you cleared the level somehow it didnt perfectly registered on the server and unfortunately you have to do it again. If you are missing more levels then you might need to contact our player support directly from the settings of your game application so that they can look into your game and resolve the issue.

Hi. Welcome to the sweet King community. I'm sorry you had this problem. This is usually solved by logging out, restarting the device, and logging in again. If after that you have not returned to the correct level, play any level, log out again and enter again. Those are the general solutions. If your problem persists, please let us know here. @eric_stewart1 Hi and welcome, Sorry to here this has happened to you , but unfortunately if this is just for 2 levels you would need to replay the levels as there is not much that can be regarding this and you would probably pass quicker than customer support restoring 2 levels for you.
I would suggest if this happens again, do not reload page until you have logged out of the game to make sure your levels are saved. then i would do the refresh. It does not happen very often but its one of those if your levels do not sync correctly to the server this happens

@Freddy_Falkner well I just replayed the levels i lost and used up almost all of my inventory.
I had asked for the levels to be restored but guess it was too hard to do it the correct way.
so I will just play the game and hope for the best. Probably not ask for help again in the future.
