@kfdover Hi and welcome, Some of the later levels have got a lot harder than usual but this is something i think we have to get used to. Video here uploaded yesterday shows level done with no boosters and should give you some hints and tips on completing this level and of course a lucky board helps

Level 8041
This level has hard difficulty. For this level try to play from where more candies are available to play. Use more striped candy or combine striped candy with other special candy to move the ingredients to take them out from the board.

8041 level is very simple and you can easily pass the level without using any booster. Repeatedly use the frog next to the Sour Skull as such I have used the frog in the video below.

I also managed to pass this one without using boosters or extra moves 😃. Used the tips above (used the frog and striped candies to destroy the skulls and then brought the orders down). It wasn't easy though and I finished the level with 1 move to spare 😅

Hello there @kfdover and good day to you.
I've just replayed this level with 1 attempt via my Android phone and the level is rated easy.
Use the colour bomb dropped from the dispenser and match the candies to activate the frog. Once the frog is full, match it against the jelly next to the sour skull. Repeat these steps until all ingredients are released.
Do keep track of the number of moves left and also jelly combination that gives you colour bomb cos it's a bit difficult to get colour bomb from the dispenser.
To determine the location next sour skull, look out for a blinking cage.
